Welcome to Aroha Ora Healing & Wellness. My name is Hailey and I am so glad you are here!

I started this journey in September of 2025 when the universe forced me into a spiritual awakening. Believe me when I say, I am so grateful it did. The journey has been tumultuous at times. I have been through a number of physical, emotional and mental ups and downs in a short span of time. Along the way I found Reiki and other spiritual modalities that have helped me grow and heal. Reiki has taught me so much about myself and the importance of my own self-healing.

A fun fact about me, I am Canadian but I am also Māori and a citizen of Aotearoa (New Zealand). Aroha Ora is my way of connecting to my whakapapa (ancestral lineage), and is my re-claiming of my indigeneity. In Te Reo Māori, Aroha Ora means “living love” or “love and life.” Essentially bringing love, light and vitality into my practice.

I am a Level II Energy Healing & Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki practitioner. In my practice I focus on connecting the mind, body and soul. At Aroha Ora my goal is to ground the physical, the mental, and the emotional with the spiritual. Everyone is welcome on my table, as there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to healing.
