My name is Hailey, and I’m the founder of Aroha Ora. I created this space from a deep belief in the importance of caring for the whole person — mind, body, and soul.

My own journey has led me to explore different approaches to movement, mindfulness, healing, and wellbeing. Through Reiki and Pilates, I’ve found practices that encourage us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and create space for greater balance in our everyday lives.

My approach to Reiki is gentle, compassionate, and centred around creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can simply be. Whether you’re joining me in my space, receiving Reiki from the comfort of your home, or connecting through distance Reiki, my intention is to offer you time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
