Reiki is a calming, restorative energy practice that supports balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Through Reiki, universal life force energy is channelled to encourage relaxation, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself.
During a session, I act as a conduit for this energy, allowing it to flow where it is needed most. Reiki may be offered through gentle, supportive touch with your consent, or through a hands-off approach depending on your comfort and preference.
Every Reiki experience is unique because every person’s journey is unique. As your practitioner, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect, and receive the support you need in the present moment.
Some people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, emotional release, moments of clarity, or simply a feeling of calm and stillness. Your experience may shift from session to session as your needs, intentions, and life circumstances change.
Whether you are seeking relaxation, emotional support, energetic balance, or a moment to reconnect with yourself, Reiki offers a gentle space to pause, restore, and honour your own wellbeing.

Distance Reiki Session (60 Min)

Whether you live outside of the area, have a busy schedule, or simply feel more comfortable receiving Reiki in your own space, distance Reiki offers a gentle and accessible way to connect with this practice.
Reiki is a calming, restorative energy practice that supports balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is based on the belief that universal life force energy flows through all living things and can be channelled to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing.
During a distance Reiki session, we connect virtually through phone or Zoom. While traditional Reiki sessions may involve gentle touch with your consent, distance Reiki allows the energy work to be shared without physical contact. As your practitioner, I create a quiet and intentional space while focusing on supporting your individual experience.
Every Reiki session is unique because every person’s journey is unique. During your session, you may experience feelings of deep relaxation, calm, warmth, emotional release, reflection, or simply a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Distance Reiki offers the opportunity to pause, restore, and create space for yourself — no matter where you are in the world.

Mobile Reiki Session (60 Min)

Would you like to experience Reiki in the comfort and familiarity of your own space?
Mobile Reiki brings the calming and restorative practice of Reiki directly to you. Whether you are unable to travel, prefer receiving Reiki at home, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment, I offer personalized Reiki sessions in the space where you feel most at ease.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing. During a mobile Reiki session, I create a calm and intentional space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and receive the support you need in the present moment.
Mobile Reiki is available for individuals in their homes, hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities. These sessions can provide a peaceful opportunity for rest, reflection, and connection during times when extra comfort and care may be needed.
Every Reiki experience is unique. Your session may include moments of deep relaxation, stillness, emotional release, reflection, or simply the opportunity to pause and care for yourself.
